Genevieve, where has the time gone! I haven’t updated here in so long! But you haven’t stopped growing.
You amaze me each day with how smart and beautiful you are. You are so full of life; you make everything so much fun! So what have you been up to these days my precious little girl?
You LOVE your dolls. You walk around the house with them all day long. I think you are practicing for when your little sister comes.
You also LOVE your baby sister. You wake up each morning and hug and kiss my belly. You talk about the baby all the time. You even pick things out for her in the stores! You say, “this is for my baby sister.” It is so precious. I cannot believe how you just totally adore her and you haven’t even met her. I know that you are going to be a wonderful big sister. You are so kind and considerate. She will be very blessed to have you. I can’t wait to see you with her! You still have milky time and you tell me that one is for you and the other one is for your baby sister! You also tell me that you are going to hold her and rock her.
You know all about babies. You know that the baby is in my uterus. You even know exactly how babies come out. I am so excited that you are going to get to be there for the birth of your sister. I think it will be such a special moment for our family. I can’t wait to see the baby, but I also can’t wait to see YOU see her! I remember feeling this way about the first time I would see Daddy see you. And it was just as special as I thought it would be.
You are such a good student at ballet and the Little Gym. You listen so well and you always do what you are supposed to do. You are quite the little gymnast! I am always so impressed with how well you do the different skills with Evan at the Little Gym.
Genevieve, you talk like a little grown up! You speak so well and you love to say “actually.” It is so cute.
You are testing, testing, testing all the time. I think that you may be starting to listen a little better though. We will see!
You wear size 7 shoes and size 24 months or 2T clothes.
You are starting to eat better! Yea! Tonight you gobbled up your broccoli and asked for more, all on your own! That’s my girl! (I knew all that homemade baby food wasn’t for nothing- well, I was hoping!)
Your hair is getting longer and you don’t like to have it in your face at all. You usually wear a bow in your hair, but by the end of the day you like to rip it out.
You wipe off almost all of my kisses. =(
You love to rhyme… and you are so good at it! You list words that rhyme or you take phrases and say them starting with different letters. It is so cute.
Your favorite color is still yellow, but you now have a second favorite color, green.
I love you more and more each day. Sometimes I feel like I am going to explode! You are absolutely everything to me. I love sharing each day with you.
